What we do
Four ways we put AI to work
Custom AI Applications
Web and mobile products with AI at the core — designed, built and shipped end-to-end, from first prototype to production.
AI Agents & Chatbots
Assistants and autonomous agents for support, sales and internal operations that actually resolve tasks, not just answer.
AI Integration
LLMs, semantic search and data analysis embedded into the systems you already run — without rebuilding them from scratch.
Process Automation
Documents, reports and workflows that run themselves. We find the routine and make it disappear.
How we work
From first call to running product
Discover
We map your processes and find where AI pays off first. You get a concrete plan, not a slide deck.
Prototype
A working demo on your real data within two weeks. We measure quality before writing production code.
Build
Production engineering: evaluation suites, guardrails, monitoring. AI you can put in front of customers.
Scale
We stay on board: new models, falling costs, growing usage. Your product keeps getting better.

Helper: the AI chat widget that books your clients for you
We designed and built Helper — a SaaS platform for service businesses: salons, barbershops, studios, and independent professionals across Canada. It's a chat widget you embed on any website, powered by an AI agent. It answers your clients' questions around the clock from the information you gave it, finds open times, books the appointment, and sends the notifications — no phone tag, no manual calendar wrangling. It ships in three tiers: Lite answers questions and captures contacts for businesses that don't run on a calendar, while Starter and Pro add real booking into Google Calendar and differ only in how many conversations a month they cover.

What the product does
Answers from your own information
The owner writes down hours, address, prices and policies once. The assistant searches that text to answer visitors 24/7 — and never invents anything that isn't there.
AI booking in a conversation
On Starter and Pro a client types "I'd like a haircut tomorrow afternoon" — the assistant finds the right professional's open slots, confirms the details, and locks in the booking.
Google Calendar integration
Free slots are computed from each provider's working hours minus their real calendar busy time, and every booking lands on their calendar — no double-bookings, no overlaps.
Lite: contact capture without a calendar
On Lite there's no booking at all — the assistant never even sees the booking tools. Instead it offers to pass the visitor along: name, phone or email and the gist of the request land in the "Requests" list in the admin.
Telegram, email, and a digest for the owner
Every business connects its own Telegram bot: providers get new bookings and cancellations on their phone, clients get email confirmations with a cancel link and a reminder ~24h before, and the owner gets a short recap of every finished conversation.
Multi-tenant by design
Each business is an isolated tenant with its own staff, services, widget branding, and data — fully separated at the database level. The chat only loads on domains the owner explicitly allows.
Analytics and self-serve billing
Conversation volume, outcomes and conversion in one dashboard, plus plans and payment handled through Stripe — no invoices to chase, no calls with sales.
Built on a modern foundation
Helper runs on a modern stack — Next.js, PostgreSQL with row-level security for true tenant isolation, AES-256-GCM encryption for secrets, self-serve billing on Stripe, and Redis-backed rate limiting. The AI layer uses Claude models with tool calling, so the assistant doesn't just chat — it takes real action: checking availability, creating and cancelling bookings, saving a lead for the owner. The toolset is gated by the business's plan on both sides — what the model is offered, and what the server agrees to run — so a plan without booking can't produce a booking. Customer data is handled with Canadian privacy expectations (PIPEDA) in mind, including on-request data erasure.
Helper is what it looks like when we turn a language model into a working business tool — not a demo for its own sake, but a product that takes the busywork off the owner's plate and wins back the clients lost at "couldn't get through on the phone."

Sidekick: a personal AI assistant that works while you don't
Sidekick is our second product — a personal AI assistant we run ourselves, every day. It lives in Telegram and works around the clock: researching the web, handling email, calendar and documents in your Google account. You message it like a person — it gets the work done.
Research on demand
Ask a question in plain language — Sidekick searches the web, reads the sources, and comes back with a structured summary and links.
Gmail
Reads and triages incoming mail, drafts replies in your voice, and sends them once you give the go-ahead.
Google Calendar
Creates events, reschedules meetings, and reminds you about what's ahead — straight from a chat message.
Docs, Drive & Sheets
Writes documents, files them in Drive, and updates spreadsheets inside your own Google workspace.
Scheduled routines
A morning digest of your day, weekly reports, recurring checks — Sidekick runs them on schedule without being asked.
Memory, around the clock
Remembers your preferences and context between conversations, and keeps working in the background 24/7.
Your Telegram, your Google account, your data — an isolated instance that works for you alone.
